Mesa, Arizona - Officers cleared of criminal charges

On June 1, 2009 Mesa Police officers responded to a local motel reference a reported miscarriage, which raised concerns regarding proper disposal of the fetus. The involved officers were administratively reassigned pending a complete investigation.The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office has reviewed the details of the case and determined there were no criminal actions on the part of the officers.
