I used the basic training program before I started in lending. The material was a help so I came back for the 2nd now that I’ve had some time on the job. I’m really glad I did. There is still alot to learn about processing but I feel that I have a jump start on many in the field with these programs. The self tests showed me my strengths and weaknesses and the material allowed me to fill in my gaps! Overall an excellent manual that I am keeping as reference for regular use. Very pleased. Thanks!

This program picks up nicely where the basic course leaves off. It allows all of our processors to gain the fundamentals, and then move to more advanced concepts when they feel comfortable. The format was easy to understand and flows in a fantastic manner from start to finish. I have been in real estate and lending for over 15 years and find this courswork to be one of the better programs out there. We use the materials for all new hire training and to re-train experienced processors in our office that have learned lending using the sink or swim method. So far every trainee has benefited from the material offered. The author does a nice job building a loan processor from where the basic training leaves off. We have found segmenting the programs keeps new hires from feeling overwhelmed with the position. We have to be sure to keep the duties in-line with the trianing level but overall are very satisfied. I think the author did an excellent job of providing training applicable all over the country without dwelling on one state specific or lender specific program. I feel that the value is definitely there! Even 1 less draw payment to a new hire pays for all the office training we need! Makes the boss and I both happy. The last real bonus I find with this material is the pull out process. The special burstable binding makes using the exercises and sample forms easy during training - although each processor trained with the material so far has kept their course as an excellent reference. I would recommend this as a great starter course before OR after entering the Mortgage Industry.
