Fitch Takes Various Rating Actions on Nelnet Student Loan Trust 2005-3

NEW YORK----Fitch Ratings affirms the senior student loan notes at 'AAA' and downgrades the subordinate bond to 'BBB' from 'AAA' issued by Nelnet Student Loan Trust 2005-3. Fitch has assigned Stable Rating Outlooks to all bonds and removed the Rating Watch Negative on the subordinated bond.
